Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau can offer guidance to visiting group being dispatched from foreign agencies aiming to research Hokkaido Development System or having interests in information exchange concerning regional development with us. In order to visit us advanced booking is needed.

Acceptance conditions
1.Visiting group must be dispatched officially from foreign authorities.
A written request from an authority have to be submitted after the completion of reservation. Please attach the translation to Japanese if request letter published in foreign language except of English.
2.The purpose and object of the visit must be clear.
If the object of survey is clearly outside the scope of Hokkaido Development, the visit might be refused. And also visit whose purpose is to inspect our facilities and construction sites will not be accepted as a general rule.
3.Visit is realized only on the day which gives no difficulty on our usual works.
Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and year-end holidays are also impossible.
4.Dispatching agencies have to arranges interpreters.
Our guidance is offered in the Japanese language as a general rule.
5.Dispatching agencies can’t demand us to assist the travel
We can’t issue the invitation letter needed for entry to Japan and neither offer or arrange transportation for visitor .
6.Dispatching agencies can’t ask us to make appointment with other organizations.
We can’t recommend other visiting points.

2.Please attach the information concerning visitors list(including title), requested visit date, contents of request(objects of survey), tour schedule and contact point.
